Deposits are required for every session. These are non-refundable as they secure the date of your photo or video session or event and prevent it from being booked by any other client or party. Remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to session date. If unpaid by that time, the photographer and/or videographer has the right to cancel appointment time and retain the non-refundable deposit. In order for a session to be booked, a contract must be signed and a deposit must be paid.

Payment is accepted in the form of cash, credit, or certified funds. Any credit card transactions must be done through Venmo. Clients wishing to pay via credit card using any other means, such as PayPal will be subject to a 5% additional fee.

Photo galleries will be available no later than 8 weeks after session date. Video will be available no later than a time specified in each contract as video work can be much more complex depending on the needs of each client.

I reserve the right to reschedule any photo or video session due to photographer illness or personal emergency. If a session cannot be rescheduled due to my own cancellation, you will receive a refund of your session fee or I will assist you in finding another photographer to cover the session.

The client has the right to reschedule any photo or video session with at least 14 days notice. 

Refunds for photo or video sessions are not given and re-shoots are not offered.

The photo or video session will begin at the scheduled, agreed-upon time as outlined by the signed contract. If the client is running late, the end time of the agreed upon service will remain the same. Best practice is to try to arrive early. If the photographer is late for any reason, the shoot will be extended to reflect the total shooting time of the scheduled session.
